Our Commitment to a Safe & Fun Experience

At our resort, safety is one of our core values. This includes not only physical safety, but also the psychological and emotional safety of our guests and staff. We are committed to providing a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment for everyone on the mountain.

Bullying, harassment, intimidation, or any behavior that detracts from another person’s sense of safety or enjoyment is not tolerated. This includes behavior occurring in lift lines, in the lodge, on chairlifts, in the terrain park, and anywhere else in the park.

Ski Patrol, Outside Operations and Management will be actively monitoring these areas and addressing behavior that is not in line with our Code of Conduct. Guests who engage in bullying or harassment should expect intervention and may face consequences up to and including removal from the hill or loss of lift privileges.

We appreciate the cooperation of our guests and staff in helping us maintain a mountain environment where everyone feels safe, respected, and supported.

Please note, children under the age of 13 should not be left alone without parent or guardian supervision.
